How do I create a customer for whom I cannot find any master data?

When creating a new customer, you can search the commercial register directly using our integrated NorthData search. If the customer is found, all the data available in the commercial register is automatically transferred to the master data so that around 80% of the onboarding questions are already pre-filled. If the customer is not found in the commercial register, they are still created in the system as usual. In this case, the master data remains empty and can be added step by step either by you in the system or by the customer themselves via self-onboarding.
