How do I add other parties to a file?

1. edit file

You can use the "Edit file" function to view, add and remove all participants in the file. Navigate here to the list of all files for the desired client. At the very end of the line you will find the context menu (icon with 3 dots). As soon as you open the context menu, you will find the "Edit file" option.

The sidebar now opens with all relevant information about the file. Among other things, you will find the "Participants" section with the "Add participants" function:

You can now add further parties to the file:

  • Add participants: The list of all your clients is available here
  • Relation Side: Select here whether the participant is acting on the customer side, on the opponent side or as a neutral entity
  • Role: Select the role here, e.g. client, co-client, opponent, ...
