At the heart of your BetterCo workspace are your clients/customers and their joint processes, organized in the digital file.
A customer can have many files, a file can have many processes (workflows), a process can have many tasks.
Whether you are a lawyer, a tax advisor, a fund or simply a company. With BetterCo you can centrally manage and collaborate with your customers / clients / investors / traders, no matter what you call your customer group, via our platform. Your customers can be legal entities and natural persons.
Under "Clients" you will find your list of clients.
A customer can have any number of files. These can be found under the first tab "Files". A file can have any number of processes. You can find the list of processes within the file by "expanding" the individual file. Here you will not only see the list of processes, but also the progress bar, the status, comments and the date of the last update.
⚠️ The same process cannot have the status "open/logged in" twice within a file. For example, you cannot start a KYC onboarding flow twice. The first KYC onboarding flow must be completed before you can start a second one. This ensures that you are always able to provide information, are MLA-compliant and maintain clean data storage.
A process consists of any number of tasks. You can either display the list of open tasks via the context menu or jump to the individual processes.
When you open the individual processes, you will find a menu bar on the left. This menu bar shows the tasks within the process: Company data, Business address, Country activities, Legal representatives, ...
If you want to add a new process to a file, you can choose from a variety of ready-made processes.
Our process library currently contains the following processes:
