✨ New Feature: 2 Factor-Authentification for shared processes
The only (data protection) security feature that could be used to date was the validity of the links, or the fact that they expire as soon as a process was closed. We have now also implemented optional two-factor authentication. When the link is created, a numerical code can now be generated, which the client must then enter to gain access to the link.
✨ New feature: Sharing a matter
If you want/need to share more than one process with a client, you can now share an entire file. Of course, only the processes that are intended to be shared will be shared (no risk or legal sense processes).
The client then lands on an intro page, where he can switch between the processes:
