To complete a task as an advisor / law firm / consultant, first open the desired client either via your dashboard or via the "My clients" page.
Now select the desired process within the file that you want to continue working on.
On the left-hand side, you will see a list of all tasks within the process. If a task is marked with a red dot, this means that this task still needs to be completed. Click on the desired task and complete the form on the right-hand side.
Once you have completed the form, you can click on "Save" below the form. This will save the data and the task will be marked as completed (see green checkmark).
If you would like your client to finalize the task (e.g. so that they can check your entries again?), then click on "Save draft". Your data will be saved, but the task will remain marked as "open".
Tip #1: You can use the context menu of the process to view the list of tasks and jump directly to a task without having to open the process first.
Tip #2: Within a process, you can use Quick Access at the top left to jump back and forth between the other open processes within the file without having to navigate back to the file list.
You have several options for starting cooperation with your client:
You can share the process with your customer via the context menu of the individual process:
You can now share the link with your client. As soon as your client opens the link, they land directly in the open process and can enter, edit and save their data. You can also work on the process together in real time.
You can also share an entire file with your client by selecting the corresponding option in the context menu of the file:
You can now share the link with your client. As soon as your client opens the link, they will see the following screen and can navigate between the open processes within the shared file:
