Step 1: Advisor creates the Identify VideoIdent workflow in the desired file

Step 2: Advisor shares the workflow with the client

Step 3: Client receives link and starts the process

As soon as the client receives the link, they can call up the workflow and check their data. Finally, they have the option of starting the identification process directly via Identify or arranging a preferred appointment. This is what the workflow looks like from the client's perspective:

Step 4: Advisor receives all relevant data
