Onboarding & KYC

How can your company/client approve the onboarding/KYC workflow?

There are several ways to release an onboarding / KYC workflow

1. self-disclosure by the customer

You have shared the onboarding / KYC workflow with your customer (see XXXX) so that they can confirm or correct any pre-filled data and add any missing data. The customer confirms the completeness and correctness of the data on the last page SUBMIT of the workflow (see illustration). After submitting the workflow, you will receive a notification from the system.

Confirmation by the regulated company - upload customer consent

If you have not shared the workflow with the customer for self-disclosure, you have the option of uploading a written consent from the customer confirming the completeness and correctness of the data. For example, you can enter all of your customer's data yourself and send him/her the PDF report that is created for each workflow on the SUMMARY page.

As soon as the customer has confirmed the completeness and correctness of the data in writing, you can complete the process on the SUBMIT page of the workflow and upload the confirmation (see fig.)

Confirmation by the regulated company - assurance of correctness

If you have not shared the workflow with the client for self-disclosure and you do not have written confirmation of the correctness and completeness of the data, you can also carry out the data entry yourself and confirm that the client has confirmed the completeness and correctness of the data (see Fig.).
